EMDR TriSense does not collect, acces or use any personal or sensitive user data. Personal and sensitive user data includes, but isn't limited to, personally identifiable information, financial and payment information, authentication information, phonebook, contacts, device location, SMS and call related data, Health Connect data, inventory of other apps on the device, microphone, camera, and other sensitive device or usage data.
To facilitate a wireless connection between handsets in the Dual Handset mode, some device-sepcific identifiers may be sent outside the device. App version 1.0.0 also contacts Google Play store to verify app licensing conditions. Verification of licensing has been removed in version 1.0.1.
In the Dual Handset mode using a WiFi connection, the right handset broadcasts a small data packet on the WiFi LAN it is connected to. This data packet does not contain any device specific information except what is required for the Internet Protocol (IP) to work (like the device's IP address, MAC address, etc.).
In the Dual Handset mode using a Blutooth connection, only handsets previously paired by the user may be connected. No additional device-specific identifiers beyond those already established by pairing are exchanged.
In the Single Handset mode, no data leaves the device.
Currently, to telemetry data is being collected by EMDR TriSense. If telemetry data collection is added in a future version, the user will be presented with an opt-in request.
